A year ago, I ordered lots of headphones and other electronic accessories from this company. For the first couple of my orders, they delivered the items as described and agreed. Easy transactions. But my last order, I was ripped off. More than 50% of the items are modified and defective and others with physical damaged. The owner told me that I could return them and he will replace them. I complied. I returned the defective items hoping I could get my money back but guess what?! He received the defective items (as per Canada Post) but I never get my money back plus he blocked my cell no and I never heard from him since. Please be very careful on dealing with this company. Before I made the transactions with this company, I researched them from Canada Services website and Google and I found their business number. The company LJ Electronics Ltd is not their original corporate name. They changed it a couple of times already. In fairness with them their corporate name is legit. The name of the owner though is shady as he is using different family names when dealing with his customers. He has multiple email addresses as well which is in my opinion is also shady.
